My departure for France fast approaching, I am enjoying my last few days mixing art and food!
I went to that delicious bakery in Bushwick on Graham stop called The Blue Stove, where I have tasted a Peanut Butter/Chocolate Brownie and a Carrot Cake with Christine (German girl passionate about baking!). Then I visited the Museum of the Moving Image in Astoria, Queens. It is a funny place, really interesting and just makes you want to go to the cinema! Finally, the day after, Léa and me took a walk in Redhook, in Downtown Brooklyn. We stopped at the Brooklyn Crab, a famous spot to eat sea food: crab, lobster, mussels, fries & Co! It was so delicious!
It is not that easy to combine pink with other colors and to remain cool. The best way is to wear neutrals. I found that light pinky oversized sailor coat at H&M in Paris, and honestly, several times people were surprized by the brand. Once, someone told me it looks like Céline! Actually, it is enough to go through deeply in the affordable stores. Léa took these pictures in Redhook, you can glimpse the Statue of Liberty in the background ; )
